Did you know that Mme de Sevigné, Vatel, Mme de Staël, Georges Sand, Colette … all have one marvellous thing in common: their love of table setting and conviviality?

Two professional women with a passion for decoration and floral arts, together with a literature teacher, take you to where art and art of living, both today’s and yesterday’s, meet whilst exploring literature, painting, cinema, history, sociology and … the practice of table setting and floral decorations.

You will create a vegetal setting inspired directly from the past in a workshop and display it on your dinner table…

5 days of cultural experiences and creating table decorations reminiscent of the past centuries!

Duration: One week. Full pension at the Chateau (limited number of participants). Theme dinners, fieldtrips, workshops and theoretical courses every day of the week…
